Swab both nostrils
Insert about 2 cm into each nostril and rotate 5 times against the nasal wall.
Mix in the buffer tube
Rotate the tip 10 times, squeeze 5 times, then squeeze the tube as you withdraw the swab.
Add three drops to each well
Close the lid, shake to mix, then add 3 drops to every sample well.
Read at 15 minutes
Set a timer. Read between 15 and 20 minutes. Any faint line counts as positive.
