General information

  • Shipping time may vary according to the courier company’s time frames and zones, and does not include order processing time. The stock level could affect the processing time.
  • The cost of shipping will vary according to the courier and the weight of the products ordered.
  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders can take 2-3 business days to process before being dispatched; this may be longer if a large order is placed.

 Standard Post (Australia Post): 3–7 business days once dispatched (metro), 5–14 business days (regional/remote).

 

Delivery times are estimates only. Carriers may experience delays outside our control (for example, severe weather, strikes, customs inspections and other events beyond our control).

 

Delivery Problems & Risk

 

If no one is home / failed delivery:

If no one is available to receive your parcel and the courier cannot safely leave it, they may attempt re-delivery or leave a card for collection. If the parcel is returned to us and you request re-delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Incorrect address entered by the customer:

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and your order is returned to us, we can resend it to a corrected address; additional shipping charges will apply.

 

Risk of loss/damage:

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the delivery address you provide (or on collection from the carrier). We remain responsible for your order until it is delivered

 

International Shipping

·         Some items can’t be shipped to certain countries.

 

  • All International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country based on items over a certain value set by your local authority.

 

·         Customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes and import restrictions

·         If goods are rejected or returned because of customs restrictions, non-collection or unpaid fees, we may not be able to refund the product or shipping costs.

  • The cost of shipping will vary according to the courier and the weight of the products ordered.

Pre-Orders Shipping

A pre-order/backorder item is when you purchase it in advance. However, it has not yet been stocked or reached us. All “preorder” items are stated clearly on our website; please check this when purchasing. 

  • Pre-orders will show the approximate shipping time frame at the top of the product description.
  • Most preorder items will be shipped in 6-10 weeks. Please note that this time frame could sometimes be extended due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • As with all the products, we endeavor to dispatch all deliveries as fast as possible to our customers; with many of our products being sourced internationally, we may be affected by public holidays, inclement weather, port, customs or Covid-19 circumstances delays, all of which are beyond our control. All expected delivery times are estimated until the products are ready for dispatch in our warehouse. Upon this time, the standard delivery (or express delivery if the customer has paid) terms will apply.
  • If your order contains pre-order items and some items we have in stock, all items will be shipped together. You are more than welcome to request that the in-stock items be shipped separately. Please get in touch with us within 2 hours after your purchase, and it might be subject to an extra shipping fee.
  • If your pre-order is delayed beyond the advertised 6–10 week timeframe by more than 2 weeks, you may cancel the pre-order for a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy
