Yes, our Hand & Surface Guard products are safe to use on children. Young children should be supervised when using any TouchBio product. 

Our Hand and Surface Guard products are not a hazard for pets if owners use it properly in normal amounts. However, if your pet ingests a large amount of hand sanitiser it would be dangerous. 

No, our products have been formulated to retain moisture which keeps your hands from drying out even when using multiple times a day. 

Our Alcohol Free (Guard) is very effective at killing 99.9% of germs and bacteria.

Surface Guard kills germs and viruses and also protects surfaces for 24 hours.

The Touch Free Standing Automatic Dispensing System comes in 1000ml and 1200ml capacity and will dispense around 1ml per pump.

You should use enough sanitiser to cover your entire hands top and bottom, around fingers, fingernails and be wet for a minimum of 15 seconds.

Yes, your tracking number will be sent to your e-mail when dispatched. 

Contact the TouchBio team as soon as possible so we can work to rectify the situation, if it has already been shipped unfortunately due to products that we sell, we do not accept any exchanges. 

Due to the nature of the products we do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges. Please ensure that the products you purchase satisfy your requirement prior to making payments. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the case of a refund, you will be notified of the processed refund via your original payment method. This may take several days depending on payment method. The credit card transaction fees and shipping fees aren't returned to you when you issue a refund.

If you have not received your refund in 14 days please contact us, you may also need to contact your banking provide.
