Where are your products made?
We are proudly Australian made and manufactured.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, Touch do not use any animal products in our sanitisers, nor do we test on animals.
What if I get Touch Hand or Surface Sanitiser in my eyes or mouth?
If you ingest any of our Touch products or get it in your eye, rinse out your mouth or eye and call the Poisons Information Centre 131 126. DO NOT induce vomiting.
Are Touch Sanitising products safe for children?
Yes, our products are safe for children. Young children should be supervised when using any Touch product.
Are Touch Sanitising products safe for animals?
Our products are not a hazardous for pets when used in normal amounts. However, if your pet ingests a large amount of hand sanitiser it could be dangerous.
Will my hands dry out from using Touch Hand Sanitiser?
No, our products have been formulated to retain moisture which prevents your hands from drying out, even when it using multiple times a day.
How effective are Touch sanitising products?
Hand sanitisers need to have at least 60 percent alcohol to kill germs, our sanitisers have more than 70% alcohol which makes them very effective at killing 99.9% of germs.
Are Touch sanitising products effective against COVID-19?
The most effective way to stop the spread of COVID-19 is to follow the Australian Department of Health's guidelines (see link below) as follows:
- Wash your hands often with soap and water. This includes before and after eating and after going to the toilet
- Use alcohol-based hand sanitisers when you can’t use soap and water.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
- Clean and disinfect surfaces you use often such as bench tops, desks and doorknobs.
- Clean and disinfect objects you use often such as mobile phones, keys, wallets and work passes.
- Use tap and go instead of cash where possible.
- Increase the amount of fresh air by opening windows or changing air conditioning.

SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days once payment for your order has been received.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 2-5 business days within Australia and 2-10 business days internationally – this may vary depending on customs at your location. COVID-19 has also impacted shipping times.

Cost of shipping will vary according to the courier and weight of the products ordered
Do you do urgent/express shipping?
Yes, if requested. Please contact the Touch team if you require urgent shipments. Express shipping will take 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Cost of shipping will vary according to the courier and weight of the products ordered. Free on orders over $50.
Can I track my order?
Yes, your tracking number will be sent to your e-mail when dispatched.
Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?
COVID-19 has resulted in delay with shipping and transport. Some packages are taking longer than usual to arrive at their destinations. Please email the Touch team if you have concerns about your package.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES/ FAULTY
I ordered the wrong thing. What should I do?
Contact the Touch team as soon as possible so we can work to rectify the situation. If it has already been shipped unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any exchanges.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges. Please ensure that the products you purchase satisfy your requirement prior to making payments. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
What if my automatic dispenser stops working?
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Do your automatic dispensers come with warranty?
Yes, our automatic dispensing products come with 12 months warranty.

What is the capacity of the Touch Free Standing Automatic Dispensing System and how much is dispensed per pump?
The Touch Free Standing Automatic Dispensing System comes in 1000ml and 1200ml capacity and will dispense around 1ml per pump.

The Touch Free Wall Mount Automatic Dispensing System comes in 1000ml capacity and will dispense around 1ml per pump.
How much hand sanitiser do I use to be effective?
You should use enough sanitiser to cover your hands entirely; top and bottom, around fingers and fingernails. Hands must be wet for a minimum of 15 seconds.
How do I use Touch Hand Sanitiser?
Dispense Touch Hand Sanitiser on your palm to cover both hands. Then rub hands together until dry. Be certain to cover back of hands, in between fingers, and around fingernails.
How do I use Touch Free Standing Automatic Dispensing System?
Hover your hand under the sensor and the automatic system will dispense Touch Hand Sanitiser in your palm to cover both hands. Then rub hands together until dry. Be certain to cover back of hands, in between fingers, and around fingernails.
How do I use Touch Free Wall Mount Auto Dispensing?
Hover your hand under the sensor and the automatic system will dispense Touch Hand Sanitiser in your palm to cover both hands. Then rub hands together until dry. Be certain to cover back of hands, in between fingers, and around fingernails.
How do I use Touch Surface Sanitiser?
Spray the product over a pre-cleaned surface until coated and wait for the product to dry as it kills 99.9% of the germs left behind.
