Terms & Conditions

•    Eligibility: “Open to Australian pharmacies / IPA members” (as applicable), 18+, exclude employees/agents.

•    Promo period & time zone: 10–17 Oct 2025 AEST/AEDT (confirm local time in Gold Coast).

•    How to enter: One entry per $150 purchase via API; $250=2 entries, $500=5 entries; proof of purchase required; normal pricing applies.

•    Draw mechanics: A random draw will be conducted by the Promoter in QLD at 12:00 noon AEST, 20 October 2025 using a computer-based randomiser.

•    Prize: iPhone 16, approx. RRP $1,500, not transferable or redeemable for cash; delivery timeline; no responsibility for lost/damaged after delivery.

•    Winner notification & publication: notify by email/phone within the day; publish winner’s first name/initial and pharmacy name may be published on TouchBio channels/website for at least 28 days.

•    Unclaimed prize: If the winner is ineligible, uncontactable after reasonable efforts for 3 months, or fails verification, the Prize is forfeited and the Promoter will conduct a re-draw using the same method. The re-draw winner will be notified within 2 business days.

•    Advertising: IPA Summit Raffle Promo Full Terms & Conditions.

•    General: promoter may verify eligibility; disqualify invalid entries; promoter liability limits to extent permitted by law; no fee to enter beyond normal product pricing.
